It seems like all of us have just so much we have to go through. I know it isn't easy being anybody.
Today my Grampa died. I don't like it. He will hear the trumpet sound when Jesus returns. He loved God. He loved me, too, and didn't mind sayin' so. Now Grandma is alone-dear, precious Grandma. It's got to be hard, at 95, to lose her husband of forty years.
When the trumpet of the Lord shall sound
And time shall be no more
And morning breaks eternal bright and fair;
When the saved of earth shall gather
Over on that other shore
And the roll is called up yonder
He'll be there.
(Come, Lord Jesus!)
