You're definitely in a place that only God can deliver you out of. I've been in debt before...upwards of $20,000 and i had to watch God move in my life. I've come close to having utilities shut off etc, similar to you and this past year my 17yr old daughter's rebellion was at anall time high. This definitely a test of your faith, and all of those beautiful things we've told God in the good times, should also be said to Him during times of tribulation. I had to believe He was still God during garnishments, collection calls, overdrawn bank account etc..and yes i too am a single mother. I also have a son who looked like he wanted to follow my daughter's path. Please pray for yourself, and in the midst..give Him praise. I pray that your faith increases during this season of testing in Jesus' name and also for the part of you that unbelieves I pray that He helps u in that area also. Last october I just finished paying a $15,000 debt from a car that was repossessed. God is good. In the name of Jesus I loosen the spirit of miracles into your home, i bind up EVERY spirit of rebellion, not only in your children, but you also. Rebellion comes in words, thoughts and deeds. I come against the double minded spirit in the name of Jesus and I break the power of the adversary in every area of your life and in your home, and I loosen the spirit of God and the peace of God. The unexplainable peace, the peace that can't be described in words in jesus name. Father I plead the blood of Jesus over your children in the name of Jesus. I loosen His protection to follow your children wherever they may go. Father you said we're to train our children up according to the way they should go, and WHEN THEY GET OLDER they will not depart from it...Father, cover them. Bless, keep and protect them from all hurt, harm and danger in Jesus name. Woman of God..NOTHING will change until you change...change the words in your mouth and instead of telling God about your problems, TELL YOUR PROBLEMS ABOUT GOD! doesn't matter what it LOOKS like--He said it's a MOMENTARY, LIGHT AFFLICTION. Know that He is God. Be still and know that He is God.

p.s. Your last sentence said "I keep THINKING the boys will find jobs and be able to start helping but nothing." Why would you THINK they'd get a job? have you TOLD them to get a job? during times of rebellion YOU HAVE TO STAY ON YOUR KNEES AND SEEK HIS FACE. Seek Him and He will tell you exactly to do. AND U MUST FORGIVE!!! take care sis.

I have 17 yr old twins boys who have taken a detour from their walk with God. They started skipping school 2wks before summer break, started sneaking out at 2 or later in the morning, put my license plate on an unregistered vehicle during that time and rode around. They never had the attitude thing until recently and as a single mom I am freaked out over it all. They will be 18 next month but still have one year of school to go and I'm not looking forward to it it this all continues. They really don't even want to finish and graduate. What do I do?
My ex-husband and I had filed for Chapter 13 and when he moved out he left me to make the payments as well as bills I wasn't prepared to pay on a salary of under $17,000 a year. I had to dismiss the Chapter 13 and procrastinated voluntarily surrendering my van. Well now the debt collectors are calling and I waited until I couldn't pay another van payment as it took any savings I had. I am now trying to file a Chapter 7 but need about $800 for that, can't pay my auto insurance and may lose my registration on my son's car, I'm 2 months behind on phone and electric. Everything just seems to be falling apart a once. Pump pump needs to be fixed, car's tire tread came off as I was driving down the road today (no money to buy another). I keep thinking the boys will find jobs and be able to start helping but nothing.
Please pray for my boys direction in life, my finances and direction in my life as well.
