It has been weighing on my heart, the desperate need we have for reform in the protection of our children.
I am seeing more and more cases of abuse. More mothers killing their babies while people say how sad they are for the mother, she was depressed. Child sex offenders given light sentences after many offences. Parents torturing their children. People making excuses as to why it's none of their business....thats no reason not to call child protective services. If CPS gets involved, they always have an excuse as to why children are left with their abusers. Our children are let down, left with nowhere to turn. How angry people become when children defend themselves.
I can't stand to hear one more person defend the rights of a person who abuses a child.
Children are precious gifts from God. They are to be loved and cherished, not harmed or abused.
Please pray for our children.
