Also, for all those who keep another day, Blessings on the day you keep.
P.S.: Go on next Wednesday for an ultra-sound on the carotid artery. Pray that it isn't in need of reaming. I have never had this problem, but it does happen they tell me. Also that I get used to these changes in diet, and keep losing those pounds....
