Could you please post a success story for myself CJAMESD and Sleeping Beauty --- Connie Sleeth. We are planning on getting married in June of next year.
James
We said sure! and Connie sent us the below story.
James originally came to meet my sister(one Sabbath) who is on Shining Star Singles. Being that he is a computer tech, I let him take a look at my computer. One month and a fixed (supposedly non repairable)computer later, we began unofficially) "dating". I wouldn't admit we were dating until he showed me a little box with a ring inside. That was Sat. eveing May 4, after a Steve Green concert in Mansfield, Ohio.
My life motto has definitely become "It always happens when we least expect it". It sure did for us.
We are thrilled to have found someone to do things with. We talk every night on our cell phones. He is very affectionate, loving, and sweet. Best of all, he is very patient, sensitive to my thoughts and feelings, and has a truely geniune and solid relationship with the Lord (hair or no hair). He is also a great communicator, has a positive and adventurous attitude, and has high moral standards (which is why he was attracted to me).
Thanks Nannette & Larry. I didn't think I would find someone on your site.
Sincerely,
Sleeping Beauty and cjamesd AKA: Connie & James
Here was an email we received from Connie on June 7th:
I would like you to add me (Sleeping Beauty) and (James) to your list of success stories. He originally came over (2 hr drive) to meet my sister. That night, he started to work on my computer. And things just took off. There was that spark. And here we are, engaged, as of May 3rd. He is such a sweet guy!(And romantic too!) He is a middle-born and I am a first-born. I believe that has alot to do with how people find each other.
To all of you out there: Prayer and patience do pay off. And remember, it always happens when you least expect it to! Don't give up!
